Sanitary as "inreadily kept in cleanliness", plus they is a pic of a bathroom sink on it. Could have fungicide in it? plus how Strong is it?
That's pretty cool when you have your aquarium built on-site. What is "Sanitary" silicone? Sounds like it has an additive just by that name.

Quite an update in this blog entry. I like the D version of your sump because it is simple and will do the job. If you can put a bubble tower in the skimmer section, that will make a huge difference. The prop section is going to need some pumps, like a couple of Vortech MP10s. You will want varied directional flow in that zone even as the water moves across from the refugium to the return zone. Congratulations on the new camera! That will make a big difference with your photography. I was going to say that clownfish may not live much longer if the clam has anything to say about it, but you stated it was banished to the sump. Probably a good idea for now. Your current tank is really maturing nicely; it has filled in and would look even better in a couple of years.

Additionally, that will allow you to have those sections at the sizes you listed, which didn't factor in the thickness of the outer walls and baffles. The sump is 58" x 20.5" x 16.75" -- The skimmer section is 14" x 20", the bubble trap will use 4" with two 2" gaps, the refugium 20" x 20", and the return zone is 17.5" x 20" If you add those up: 14" + 4" + 20 + 17.5 you end up with 55.5" of the 58" total. The two end pieces and the four baffles would use up 1.5" to 2" of that leftover length, depending if you are using 1/4" or 1/2" material for the sump. I would suggest some type of teeth or eggcrate be added to both ends of the refugium to keep the macro algae in that zone at all times. When the return pump is off, the water level will rise and those plants could spill over into the return zone and clog up the pumps there, or possibly flow back into the bubble trap where you don't want them either. Just minor adjustments, nothing that alters your big plans at all. Congrats on your new setup. It's going to be fun following its growth. SUMP I have A,B,C and D plan for sump, according to you suggestion I will change baffles as 5cm and will post. Please suggest which one is fine. From my side plan D is more better with Refuge and Frag tank. Of course ATO is the part of my new 300g.
