  1. The tank is on the stand

    Yesterday I got some friends together to lift the tank on to the stand. The estimated weight of the tank is 450lbs and not an easy lift for sure. To make it even more difficult we had to put the tank up at an angle in order to clear the garage door rail.

    First I dragged the pallet and tank out of the garage with the golf cart and spun the tank around and let the edges hang off so we could grab it.

  2. Another order from Premium Aquatics

    I got some more goodies in from Premium Aquatics.

    Guys if you have not ever checked these guys out, you are doing a disservice to yourselves. Jason over there is phenomenal, they always try to get your order out the same day and keep you informed on any items that may not ship due to back order or a late supply. I ordered these item on Tuesday and they were waiting on my door step this afternoon.

  3. Tropic Eden sand - my favorite kind.

    I've been using Tropic Eden sand in my tank for the past couple of years. It is super clean stuff and looks great, which works nicely for those that need to add more sand from time to time to an existing reef.     So when it was time to get more sand for the new 400g, I didn't hesitate to order more. I like Tonga Reeflake because it doesn't blow around in the flow ...
