    I originally had a ReefKeeper (original one) for years on my 100 gallon tank, when I upgraded to my current tank, a 225 gallon, I knew one day I would need a new controller. Well that day came when Digital Aquatics announced the new ReefKeeper Elite. I ordered one immediately when the pre-sale started.

    In the true deeply-lazy-reefer fashion, I tend to neglect scraping the coralline algae off the glass. It's a pain, my long-handled scraper doesn't have a sharp enough blade, but my short-handled razor scraper isn't long enough to reach the bottom of the tank, and either way I wind up soaked, stabbed by acros, bitten by &%$#@ fish, and probably accidentally fragging stuff along the way. Not a very enjoyable way to spend an evening.

    Having been in the hobby for a decent amount of time now and having owned quite a bit of equipment including calcium reactors, I have come to terms with my laziness as a hobbyist. Being fairly technically challenged when it comes to C02 regulators, reactors, etc, but still enjoying having some corals that require higher maintained parameters I decided to give Bulk Reef Supply's two part kit a shot.
