Divers Den One in a Million

Last week when I received my order containing the pair of Flame Angels from Live Aquaria’s Divers Den I also ordered two new corals. (To round out my order for free shipping of course). It was a simple Scrolling Montipora Indonesia (Red), Bushy Acropora Coral Fiji (Blue-Green).

I knew something was a little off when I acclimated and dipped the corals but didn’t pay much attention. So the next day after the lights came on full in the tank I rechecked the photo I had saved from Divers Den (I always try to save the large version) and compared it to the coral in the tank.

This corals branching looked different, and the corals color was not even close to what I had ordered from Divers Den. A true one in a million for Live Aquaria, they had sent me the wrong coral! - So I took a photo of the coral in my tank and the coral photo from them I had saved and fired off an e-mail to customer service explaining what I thought had happened.

The next day by noon time, some one from Live Aquaria had called the house and told me that they had located the coral I had originally purchased and they’d be happy to send it out to me… at no cost… otherwise it would be a credit on my account or refund.

I called them back at about 3PM that afternoon, gave them my order number… It was as simple as verifying my address and confirming that Tuesday would be an OK arrival time for the coral. - BOOM! So, it will be here Tuesday and every thing is right with the world.

I have been dealing with Live Aquaria and Divers Den for over 4 years and the experience is something out of this world. Calling in DOA’s (that happen rarely) or using the 14-Day Stay Alive guarantee and receiving a refund or credit is simply second to none... and no, I don’t have to send the “mistake” coral back… [which seems to be a Bushy Dark Green Acro]…
THIS is why Live Aquaria and Divers Den are simply the best in the business!
