When you walk near your tank, look closely...

I walk past my 60g cube all the time, and always look how things are doing. What caught my eye made me smile, and I grabbed my camera to share it with y'all.

A snail was on the glass, but he had a hitchhiker. I've seen hermits make their way up the silicone bead to the top of the tank, but to see this one hanging onto the snail's shell with no exit strategy in place was pretty funny. There's some algae on the shell that the hermit no doubt wanted, but the snail wasn't too pleased to have this guy on his back.

The snail did his quick-twist rotation to throw off the crab, but it held on valiantly. I watched for a couple of minutes without any change. Hope you liked it.
