Tonight's Top Down pictures

I've stated this before, but it bears repeating - looking at your corals from above is vastly superior to viewing them through the walls of your tank. These pictures still can't showcase their beauty, but I tried valiantly none-the-less.

    Those are great shots. Did you turn off the flow to get the surface of the water still or did you have something that lets you partially submerge your lens?

    Phil, that one is probably "Bird of Paradise." It's amazing from above, and I will have to get a better picture of it with more of it in focus. The color is outstanding.

    I love that bird of paradise coral. It's definitely making my list of corals to have one day. I bet it would look stunning under my blue LEDs too. :-)
