  1. Don't be a n00b!!!!

So I haven't been super active on here lately, having a lot to do with the fact that I recently moved and have been going through a bunch of crap with my tank. Since reseting the system up in January I have been battling STN on all of my SPS and have basically gone through and tried to correct for every possible cause of general SPS unhappiness. For reference, my parameters have been pretty stable at the following:

    Salinity: 35 ppt
    PH: 8.0 - 8.2
    Alk: 9.5 dkh

  2. Anybody have any experience with Genisis Reef water change systems?

I want to set up a semi-constant water change system and I was originally going to go with the normal Litermeter setup that everyone seems to use, but then I found this: http://www.genesisreefsystems.com/.

I was just curious if anyone has had a chance to see this setup in person or anything. It seems like it is a fairly new product so I don't know how many units are actually in use yet, but it seems pretty cool. I am just looking for opinions on this setup really. I don't mind buying ...

This is a shot from the right end of my stand where all the electrical of the system is run to. I wanted to try to seal this area off from any water or moister as well as keep it as organized as possible. ...

  5. Raise Your Hand If You Have A Lee Mar Tank!

Just out of curiosity, who here has a tank made by Lee Mar? Any long term or short term comments and critiques? I've had mine going for a couple months and I have to say I love it! The overall build quality and craftsmanship is awesome. The worst part for me was that they weren't very good at giving me a very accurate completion date. I ended up getting it a week or two after they said they would have it done, and I have to say waiting out those final days SUCKED! Not that it matters now that mine ...
