Yeah, I lost a diamond sand sifting goby that day too. I think the snapping for the center strap gave him a heart attack! Its been a while ago now but it taught me about buying cheap tanks!
I've helped rescue a few club members tanks when they have started a leak. Its the reefers worst nightmare.
