So this is what I'm thinking for the sump. I'm going to add the baffles to make the mini fuge area. I like fuges more for the critter growth than anything. I'm going to have to play with the ATO and return pump spacing once I figure out the skimmer I'm going to use. I want something that is quiet and small. I'm going to have to do a lot of skimmer research as this is the first time I've had a tank with a sump! :-O

So I've finally got the glass for the silicone and decided on a sump design. With what I want to do, I've decided to go ahead and use a hang on back fuge (hopefully CPR aquafuge2) instead of making space for it in sump. The layout as it stands is this: Return Pump/ Baffle Section/ Bubble Tower & Filter Sock & skimmer The skimmer I got was the AquaMaxx AM200-S Skimmer from our buddies at www.marinedepot.com.
