Questions - Need some input

So I have added a about 7 small mini Acropora colonies (more like large frags about 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches into my aquarium since the water parameters seemed stable enough and over the past three weeks my water parameters have started to take a dive. I've also noticed that a few of the Acropora colonies seem to be suffering from burned tips. No I have a very minimum bioload as there are no fish in my aquarium and I feed only twice a week. So I have hit the stage where all my water parameters are within normal ranges and stable and I have added a few SPS Corals to my aquarium along with a Clam. But I would like to implement something to address the phosphates and nitrates within the water column without having to run two separate GFO and Carbon Reactors. After adding two Lettuce Nudibrachs into my aquarium to deal with a Bryopsis Algae issue a day or so later I stumbled across this guy moving on the glass. Not sure but to me it looks like a baby Lettuce Nudibranch. Any thoughts?

So I have been pondering running my new 20 gallon aquarium as strictly a sumpless SPS Reef Aquarium. My reasoning for this is strictly because I would like to prevent having to run a pair of PVC pipes across a visible wall to the cabinet that would house the sump. So with that being said. So I may just have been extremely tired but I have been looking for a vendor that sells Deltec Equipment here in the United States and I'm not having much luck. I have some expansion ideas for my aquarium but they are mostly dependent on finding the Deltec equipment. Any thoughts?
