  1. Algae Help!!!

Hello all! For lack of better terms I would consider myself a "water nazi". I sample my water at least three times a week to verify everything is at its proper levels. After I test my water, I usually make a trip to my local LFS to make sure my tests are accurate. The last test I conducted yielded these results:

    PH - 8.2
    Salinity 1.025
    Phosphates 0.0
    Nitrates 0.0
    Calcium 500
    Magnesium 1350
    Alkalinity 8.9

  4. September update

With MACNA less than two weeks away, I've been really really really busy. Fortunately, my reef is running on auto pilot and doing quite well.

I recently got two samples of food from Reef Nutrition to use in my tank, and my fish love it. I'm feeding it both during the day time and adding a tsp of each each night after lights out for the corals to snack upon. All my fish are actively chasing it down, and the suncorals seem to accept it readily.
