  1. A few pictures to share

    Hey everyone,

While I was up at the NHL Winter Classic this past weekend I of course managed to pop into a LFS in the Pittsburgh area. The store was called AquaWorld and was a very large store with tons of exotic fish and beautiful coral.

I picked up a few frags:

Purple Montipora? Anyone have the specific latin name ID for this one? Its a green base with purple rims and green polyps, almost like a pokerstar but it looks like a plating variety. Also this ...

I will have power from three 20 amp circuits coming into this panel (though only 2 are active right now; the fourth 20A circuit is dedicated to the AC system). 4. 120 Build Fresh Water test with Fuge, Weir box and return pump all working...

So, Here's to asking the Million Dollar Question..... How does one balance the entire setup to eliminate the slurping sound the Weir box Makes...

In recap, 120 Gallon tank, the Sump is modeled after a Model F from marc's designs out of a 29 gallon aquarium (overflow splits to 2 sections, 1st being where the skimmer will sit and the 3rd section where the fuge is.) BTW, the Ball valve is located above the fuge....I could leave this one open and cut in a new Ball valve right over ...
