Hello guys. I've been recently considering a possible upgrade to the EcoTech series of controller(s) powerhead. I really don"t know very much a/b these units, at all. I have a 46 gallon tall reef tank and i was wondering what size of the EcoTech units i would need and the benefits of a wireless driver or not? I will one day, have a larger tank, nothing larger than 90 gallons, and would like the EcoTech that could transfer to that tank. I've seen alot of u're tank pics, on here, have these EcoTech ...

I was hoping someone could confirm whether or not the Atman PH-2000 Needle Wheel Pump on the Bubbles Magus NAC-5E Protein Skimmer can be used inside of water? This Protein Skimmer was designed to be used inside of the aquarium but because of the space restrictions on my new aquarium design I need to place it standing inside the sump. I would like to know for certain before I do this. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

Well I recently started doing some remodeling in my apartment and I thought that I would start undertaking some major upgrades to my aquarium. When to the fish store and purchased a brown tang..... I acclimated and it was swimming great for a three days I noticed discoloration and then started to see my other Tangshan getting the same discoloration... I tested water
and all measurements were great... Then I came home the next day and all my Tangs were dead.... I figure it was the Tang I brought.... So I did some water changes and added a skimmer to remove all the decay.... I now have 5 fish in the tank and they look great.... What ...

I received my Avast Marine Works K1 "You Build" Kalkwasser Stirrer today and it definitely has more pieces than the Avast Marine Works MR5 "You Build" Media Reactor which meant more fun!
