Over the past few months I have taken my first faltering forays into saltwater aquarium keeping. To say that it has been speed bump free would be... a lie. Among other things I have cracked my tank and killed some of my livestock, but I have learned a lot and am looking forward to the future. I'm not proud of some of it, but take it or leave it I'm learning and I wanted to share my most ambitious project with RA. So here is the problem im having, someone or something in my tank appears to be eating my Acans :/
About 3 months ago i lost a ~7head frag, I thought I was safe till 2 weeks ago when I noticed one of the heads on another frag slowly vanishing and tell tale signs on another.....help
in my tank that i know of i have...2purple firefish, a rainford goby, 1 big turbo, 1 emerald crab and lots of these pesky white star fish that like eating GSP...i think ( thats my next post)

so it appears I’m having a nutrient problem in my tank even though all levels are undetectable with salifert test kits.

the problem I’m having is I can’t figure out my source...i really don’t feed allot at all i feed 1 frozen rotifer cube midweek 2 hours after light out for all my coral that opens up at night and for my critters and i feed my fish and acans maybe twice a week but usually once (i know its crewl) they either get frozen brine or mysis depending on which i grab out of the ...
