    Hey All,
    As many of you know... I am a relative newbie. Thought it might be time to invest in some text to keep on hand and I have been browsing the selection on the "Books" link. Thinking of starting with The Reef Aquarium, Volumes I and II.

    Returns will be over the top from the right side of the tank and will be made later on.
    2 x 1.5" drains (one for backup)
    1x 1 inch drain supplying fuge and water change tank.

    Water day.
    Finally a long awaited and as usual for me a very stressful day came last Monday. Luckily the tank builder offered to be here on filling day to check for things especially with me being worried about lack of bottom bracing and having requested a middle brace and him insisting on Eurobracing only which I must confess looks much neater and allows me way more access... So we agreed on me filling half the tank before he arrived and we filled the rest together.

  4. New House; New Fish Room Build

    In early May this year, my wife and I made the unexpected decision to move. This was just after I completed a project that include a new breeding room and dual in-wall tanks (245G and 180G). The tanks had been up for about six months when we decided to move. The allows both of us to cut a significant amount of drive time off of our commutes each day.   5. New Tank. Should I put contents of my nano into Refugium?

    Firstly I'm new to Reef Addicts. I have some experience with salt water. 55G Fish + Reef. 12G Nano and currently a 6G Nano with 2 clowns mated. 2 inches of sand and LR. There are some shrooms growing on the LR and some hard green hair algae.
