    so just doing another regular feeding last night (rods food original). and lucky for me i watch my fish eat...one of my 3 year old purcs got a larger than normal piece of food lodged in its mouth. the short amount of time from being all good and feeding to really bad and dieing was frighting (about 3 min.), my clown was lifeless and blowing around my tank like a rag doll....so i did what any addict would do, pulled that !@#&er out with a net, through him in a my food bowl, grabbed some tweezers ...

  2. Time to change your RO/DI filters?

    Is it time to change your RO/DI filters? I date my system each time they are changed out, to help me keep track. They should be changed every six months, so I'm actually a month late in doing so. Whoops. However, the TDS reads zero, so there's no reason to worry, right?

  4. Reef Addicts strikes again

    After a year lull in letting my 75g mostly SPS reef grow in, I listened to some old ReefCast and new Reef Addict podcasts. Funny how they get you fired up about reefing again. So, I will blame Marc to my wife for having just gone out and ordered a new 150g tank to upgrade. I swapped the dimensions on it to get more front to back room, and shortened the height.
