  1. 5.5 Gallon Inhabitants

    When Purchasing livestock I usually try to buy from local reefers, LFS, on-line shops, and in that order. On this tank I have been especially slow to stock this tank as I drive back and forth between Georgetown and San Antonio for school.

  2. Water Changes

    For those that have sumps and big tanks what do you do when you do water changes? I know take water out and replace with same amount.

    Do you shut stuff off at tank and take it all from sump or......

  3. LFS trip today!

    Like earlier noted, I'm blind, so I have set up for my son to pick me up today and bring me to the LFS. My mission is to get a protein skimmer and a wavemaker. I still need to figure out how to put pics on blog, (Any help in this area would be nice) thanks ahead of time.

    Well noone can be out of this hobby for too long without wanting to watch a mantis destroy a snail or a clownfish bob in an anemone and I am no different. So for the summer while I am taking a chemistry class, I will be building and cycling and then stocking two tanks. I like JBJ's style and quality of product so I will be going with two JBJ tanks, one is the 28 gallon nano, whcih will either have LED lighting or halide lighting. Personally I prefer the LED.
