Hello all. I am new to this site. I found it by reading on http://www.melevsreef.com I have learned a lot from his site and want to learn more. My question is how many people build their own aquariums vs buy them? I am wanting to try and build one. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Chuck
Less than two months ago, my tank sitter's reef crashed. A RBTA was devoured by a vortech pump, and the nematocysts wiped out everything. He broke down the tank, cleaned everything out and waited for the cycle to finish. A week ago he told me that the water was testing perfectly, and a couple of test corals from the LFS were doing well, so I bagged up some corals from my reef to get him jump started.
