Lighting descriptions
Any thoughts you can share that would be helpful, I finally have time to complete my fish room, i would like some friendly comments and suggestions on plumbing and lighting, i have in the past completed 2 fish tank setups and leared alot but still looking for more ideas and innovation. At the present i have a 180g Oceanic "sleeping in the pics," and a 220g Oceanic ready to be born! I am looking at a Fowlr ...

Well I finally took the plunge to get a T5 fixture. Ive been contemplating changing from my 3 400 watt MHs to a 8x80 Power module for about a year. I like the ability to change the bulbs and get a different color temp in the tank. Also my tank has been running hotter then I like lately. Marc doesn't like T5 lighting so he will be the big test next time he comes down. ...
I installed my new T-5's yesterday and took some pics! I have 2 VHO's in the front and 2 T-5's in the rear. I now have to actually finish painting rear of doors and hang with new hardware, finish painting outside of hood, straighten out my electrical and put lights on timers, decide what to do about the sump and probably other things I can't think about..lol. I have am starting a 75 gallon reef tank. I am trying to get out of lighting as cheap as possible do you think running vho lighting is a good idea and how many should I run on a 4 foot tank. Thanks
Here is a quick vid of all my fishes. I'm going slow on moving the coral up, trying to decide which light bulb I like the best. This one is a quick clip of my light fixture moving so you can kinda see how it works. -Ryan
