I spotted this guy on the rock this evening. There are actually 3 or 4 of them. They are in a very difficult place to photograph so I did the best I could. The very middle of it is purple, the a pinkish ring, followed by a purple ring and the tips fluores green. My rather uneducated guess would be some sort of zoanthid. My live rock it Bali Alor rock. So, any guesses on what it is, and if it is a zoanthid the common name of it? ...
Quick update on the tank that's headed to my wife's office... Over the past two months, I've watched algae grow in the overflow. Since it is lit from the metal halides above, a cover was needed. Now that the fifth and final Durso was installed, the cover could be fabricated and placed over that area.
