Yeah, my display tank has a small leak. Luckily, not catastrophic, especially after just having the basement dry out from my last flood, lol! Tomorrow I have to move everything downstairs to my coral propagation and fish broodstock tanks and drain the display until we can find a replacement tank. Jon engineered the system so it can run without the display, so once the display is empty I just have to turn a ball valve before I fire the pump back up. Still, this is not my ideal plan ...

Hello all, I have recently had a new bloom on algae that resembles HA and Bryopsis. I am looking for a positive ID and assistance with it's eradication. This algae began to grow on my maxima clam shell a few weeks back and has since spread to an adjacent piece of rock. As you know, clams do not like high flow so, that area is not devoid of flow but was specifically chosen becase of the relatively low flow in regard to the rest of the tank as well as placement to get the best light. ...
