The first 2 photos are of the diverter used to channel any water spilled at the back of the tank to the stand. The top outer frame assembly also has trim in place to channel the spilled water into this diverter. The last photo is a view from the stand side of the back cabinet. Please excuse it being sideways. 2. August 1 update

Over the last couple of months, I've been busy with work and physical therapy to strengthen muscles in my back that are meant to work with my neck. The surgery corrected one area, but lots of exercises and frequent walks are helping improve and loosen up my neck and upper back muscles. I'm constantly having to remind myself about my posture, most importantly at my computer. (Don't slouch, you'll regret it later!)

  3. 42 Gallon Hex build

The first photo is of the center divider (for the cabinet attached to the back panel) and the bulkhead panel (for the conduit from the front electronics compartment in the stand). As with the other areas of this project the white painted areas is for the wet area and the black painted areas is for the electronics. The front electronics area is for the sensor modules and the back cabinet is for the power bars and various power supplies. The center divider has inserts to install up to two 4 channel ...

  4. 42 Gallon Hex build

The second photo is of the parts for top of the back cover for mouting the exhaust fans for the wet area. The fans are shown with the rest of the parts. This will have some modifications on the final assembly, but mostly minor..The first and third photos are of the top frame assebly for the back cover. The corners had to be notched to clear the sides of the back panel on the canopy. The last three photos are of the back cover assembled. As noted earlier the back will not have a panel the top and ...

  5. 42 Gallon Hex build

The first two photos are the parts of the sides to the back cover. The third photo is of the parts to the back of the back cover. This has been changed since the photo. It now has a solid back. I was going to put a panel in and decided that would not work water from spills that would get in the panel slots of the rails and stiles. I figured that would not be good in the long run and changed it. I don't have a photo of the parts for the back after the change. The forth photo is of the sides and back ...
