NEED HELP STAT!

Hi! to all i had an 37g reef tank (24x24x15) and a 15g with 3 chamber sump with micro algae, 1inc. sand, 1 LR and a skimmer. its been running for about 3 months and 9 days now, i have 7 zoas, 2 blasto, 1 micromussa and 1 brain coral and no fish yet. tested my parameters and all are ok but my water looks like slight milky what is the cause of this? i alredy do water change 10% last week 3x and 50% yesterday and this morning 5% still the same. this the first time ive encounter this problem.

so I got a new skimmer last week and it was working ok But it was to deep in the water about 12 inches.
I got a stand built and know it sits at about 5.5 inches deep.

Manufature recomends 5-8 inches.

Could this be causing it to over flow?

I have it dialed all the way down both the air and the waterlevel. in the skimmer and its been over flowing for 24 hours st8 now

im 62 days into my saltwater tank and been cycleing the rock and i just started noticing red algae in my sump. Been doingmy normal 20% water changes every week with Ro water. I have one fish in the sump to help cycle the tank and i only put enough food in that i can see it eat. I just wondering where its coming from. If u can help thanks. I want to take care of it before it becomes a probelm

For the longest time my ph has been impossible to keeep up at 8.2 and we had to add buffer every day. we changed buffers and now the ph seems to be 8.6 or higher and doesnt seem to want to come down...
What should we use to lower the ph slightly???
