Propagation - fish & corals

when I moved my corals from my old 150G tank to the frag setup (around 1.5year ago) had this purple plate with green tentacles die. I just tossed the skeleton in the back of the frag tank. months back saw these growths on it which initially I thought were some Mojanos... only to realize afterwards that Funghias ave been known to emerge on the skeletons of dead ones...
Clipped one off and it's doing fine so guess I'll give the others some time and start taking them off a few at a time to see ...

Here are a few pics of my 120 gal tank... I'm very fond of this tank and I'm pretty sad it's already sold. Thankfully I sold it to a friend of mine, who I know will take care of it the same way I have. He's patiently waiting for me to get the 265 gal build done so he can finally see this beauty in his living room.

The first and second pic are a older pictures. I no longer have the nem... It was getting too big and at the time I wanted to have more room for coral.

I really hate the look of frags and up until a few weeks ago I never had any. It is not the frags I dislike, it is that silly looking round plug they come on. I personally never use them, but I like to glue corals right to pieces of rock, then as they age and get largter I glue those rocks to larger rocks to make them completely natural looking.
Now there are maybe 10 frags in my tank on those round plugs and when I get time I would like to break them off and stick them on rocks. They really ...

The store sold it to me as a black percula... but it only cost $20 and black percs are ususally upwards of $70

I had my nitrates spike and most of my fish die a few weeks ago. I've been doing water changes nearly every other day with RODI water and am now starting to introduce some heartier fish like clowns. This I want to pair this gal up with a smaller clown so that it will become the larger female... but I don't know if I can safely put it with a regular orange/white percula...? ...

Hey all, I am new to this whole site- but am looking for some helpp.

I woke up this morning to find that my new emerald crab had eaten a $30 coral frag- so I traded him at my LFS for a couple more snails.

I tossed the bag in the tank to acclimate and noticed I had a little hitchhiker- before adding him to my tank, I'd like to figure out what it is make sure it isn't a toxic nutibranch that is gonna kill everything or something like that.
