  1. Apex application on Android

FYI - I know many people don't frequent RC as much as they used to so I thought I'd mention this here. I wrote an Android App for the Apex controller that you might be interested in. I'm really not trying to make any money off of this but I put a small cost for the full app to help recover the registration fees necessary to get the app loaded up on the Google Android Market. 2. Lighting

If I have a FRAG tank that is 48x48 ( LxW ) and put a combo MH/T5 light fixture over the center will the lighting be ok for LPS and SPS? That way I can kill 2 birds with one stone. I know I would be better off with a MH rig on half and T5 on the other half but looking to save a few pennies.

  5. Maidens Hair in Main Tank

Well, after trying everything less than a thermonuclear device I still have Maidens Hair in my tank. I've reduced the lighting, manually removed it, and reduced my feeding. I use Elos test kits and my Phosphates are 0, Nitrates 0, Nitrites 0??? I have read that you can have a tank full of algae and read 0 on Phosphates due to the algae consuming it all.

I have noticed my Chaeto seems to be getting smaller, it still looks ok nice and dark green. I'm not running any reactors, but am ...
