NEED HELP STAT!

When i first got this frag it stayed open and was healthy looking then it started shrinking up. I thought it was just shedding and it seem to be but its been closed up for a month now opening part way for a few days every ten days or so. All my sps, lps, shrooms and gsp are growing and have full polyp extension. My powder brown seems to hiding out in one corner. He has a cob web slim me coat hanging off him and hes blotchy. Do notice any cist on him like you would with ich.

Nothings has been added to the tank for a few weeks, except I started bio pellets yesterday. Only have added one cup to the reactor for now. This is on a 125.

I have a small leak on my 2 inch bulkhead leaking from my sump to my pump. The leak is from where the piping glues into the bulkhead. As to not have to replace it and the ball valve could I seal around where the pipe meets the bulkhead with epoxy? If not epoxy what? Or am i doomed and need to replace the ball valve and bulkhead?

Any body have any advice on where to buy a sump that would house an ins 450 reef dynamics skimmer as well as a fuge. Return in the center of the sump. I am from cleveland, ohio area and need a pretty quick shipment... Any advise???

Over the last few days I have slowly noticed the decline on some of my SPS and my clams staying mostly withdrawn. I Could not figure out what was going on and it was starting to stress me out a bit.
