No photos on this computer, but I'll put a few up. Threw in a cocktail shrimp and left it in along with the live rock from 11/25/2009 - 11/29/2009.

Current filtration: 26lbs of live rock, 30 lbs of aragonite sand, filter floss and carbon.

Test results from today:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10
pH: 8.2
SG: 1.0255
Temp: 78.7*

Photos to follow

I won't be stocking other than a CUC until after Christmas...

Future stocking plans include a pair of Ocellaris Clowns, a Jawfish of some type and ???

The pvc that you see is my DIY jawfish home.

I'm probably going to add more live rock, but I need to epoxy what I have together before I can build up higher

A shot - Like I said, I've got some hair algae growing.

Here's a shot from today - I cleaned the glass and added about 15 more pounds of live rock, bringing the total up to 40lbs. The water is still a bit cloudy from the landscaping
I also have my cleanup crew from reefcleaners.org. I added a turbo snail to hopefully keep down the algae.

Anyways-
Here are the test results from yesterday:
Temp: 77.8*
SG: 1.025
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrites: 0ppm
Nitrates: No test- the stopper on the test tube was bad and let solution fly all over as I shook it!
pH: 8.0

pH: 7.9 (It looked to be in between the 7.8 and 8.0 colors. I'd like to get a pH probe, but don't want to spend the money right now )

Yes, I do have lots of microbubbles right now, but a lot of the spots are flatworms on the glass.

Since my last update, I've added a few corals and 2 ocellaris clowns. The xenia I got from Nikki really took off; I dumped a bunch down the toilet last night so that it won't totally dominate the tank! The Kenya tree has also dropped 3-4 babies around the tank.

The clowns are pretty shy - they stay back behind the rock most of the time that someone is near the tank. They're barely coming out to eat, I hope that they become more sociable as time goes by. They were CB, but for whatever reason, they're not comfortable yet.

Some of my favorite zoas/palys - I think they're called "Sunny D's"

Sunset Monti - It's lost color, but the polyps are still extending and it seems to be coming back.

"Baby Monti" - This is a light purple monti - I previously had one in this tank that died; this piece randomly popped up. It's about the size of a penny.

An unknown Brain of some kind.

Yellow/Purple Duncans - I couldn't get the color quite right on this shot:

Chalice Frag - My jawfish buried this frag while I was away for the weekend a few months ago - it receded, as you can see. I've had problems with algae growing on the exposed skeleton, any tips?

Current status:

I've picked up/am in the process of picking up a bunch of goodies for my tank...

I was given a Sapphire Nano Reactor; I'm currently running carbon and GFO in it. I also set up a in-tank fuge in my rear media basket with chaeto and the JBJ NanoGlo fuge light.

I picked up a Deltec MCE300 protein skimmer and am ordering a Aquacontroller Apex to replace my Aquacontroller Jr. I'm also going to upgrade my MP10es to a MP10esW so it can be wirelessly controlled by the Apex's WXM module.

Unfortunately, I'm moving my tank sometime in the next month, so I won't be setting any of my new goodies up until I move the tank.

Coral growth has been good as of late. My Hollywood Stunner Chalice and Red/Orange Monti have really taken off. I sold my BlueSpot Jawfish and am planning on getting a pair of Bangai Cardinals. I'm doing a WC tonight and will get some updated photos up sometime soon

Amazing with such little water volume. Blue spotted jaw fish is an awesome looking fish IMO... I tried two and lost them both Expensive and I've not lost any other fish in four years of setting up my 150g reef tank. Happy Reefing ....

That was kind of fun to review the tank over the past year. I too like to see summations of how the tank is running and what all is being used to run it.
