This is what I decided. What you say.......

As I mentioned that existing, tank will be sump and sump will be Frag Tank. I made the plumbing plan to fulfill the requirement of Refugium and Frag tank. My plan not to release too much water direct from tank in mentioned area to avoid detritus to get stay and make water parameters unstable. (Ammonia, Nitrate, and Phosphate).

90% Drain from the tank will be in Protein skimmer Area and after that 100 micron Acrylic will filter total volume of water, which pass through bubble trap area. I change Acrylic every twice a week. Normally I just open this Acrylic barrier for 10 hours when I feed my coral.

    You mention "acrylic" quite often, but I'm guessing you mean some type of 'filter floss' padding to trap particulates, correct?

    It's usually best to drain the tank water to the skimmer section. I think I'd prefer to see the frag tank after the return zone only because that water is cleaner, it's bubble free, and the light won't be shining on your skimmer. However, it may require that you divert some of the water from the Return pump to the frag section since that water level would be higher than the return section.

    The refugium has 5 holes drilled. I would double the amount of holes - the more you have the less force the water comes out and thus less likely that you'll get the resulting bubbles.

    In both C & D, you have that narrow spot to the right of the refugium What's the point of that?

    Yes you are correct, exactly this is filter floss, here we called this stuff acrylic. i will post Sump Plan D today. which is final from my side.

    These two narrow points are connection between Frag tank and sump. I choose Plan D which has frag tank inside the sump.

    In your previous comment you asked about filter floss with egg crate. I change it every alternate day to keep my sump clean from detritus and waist.
