My little frag tank

Rate this Entry
I run a 27G (24x24x11") zoanthid-heavy frag tank in my garage, and thought I would share!

It is lit by a Reeflux 20K 250W DE in a Sunlight Supply Pendant, ran by a Galaxy ballast. Filtration comes by way of an Aqua-C Remora, and circulation by a Koralia 2 and Seio Prop.

It looks great. Very clean, and lots of good flow. Where do you have it set up in relation to your reef tank?

Those blue zoas look incredible, and that particular pocillopora is one of my favorites.

Very nice. I for the life of me can't get tubb's blue or any blue zoa to grow for the life of me.

It's actually in the garage, it's own independent system. I have 3 blue's in there doing well: Tubb's (the large colony you see along with a few small frags), Blue Orgasms, and one called "Ultimate Blues" when I bought them, by far my favorite zoanthid. Thanks for the kind words!
