T.I.B.E.T (The Incredibly Big Expensive Tank)

Algae! But only on one side because someone forgot to turn on ALL the lights one day.

Got in on a BRS group order this week and broke the proverbial bank. That sobbing you hear is my wallet crying in the corner.
Note how I STILL had to buy more plumbing parts.

The tank has made its way through a complete cycle and now we're in the algae phase. Still have no skimmer as its stuck in customs here at the airport, but I am hoping for it to be released soon. I'm going to try 2 part dosing rather the go wtih reactors for now, the price was right on the group order and should it not work out, I do still have 2 dosing pumps that I could use in a future project.

Yesterday I added my RKE onto Tibet, and then promptly realized that we forgot or missed out on running CAT6 cable into the fish room as planned...oops. Something to fix on Friday I suppose. I've also got a dedicated server set up at home now specifically for the purposes of this tank.

I'm pretty much just sitting back and watching now, its nice.

I am looking for some inspiration though on supply organization. How does everyone organize their stuff? Shelves, boxes, trolleys? I need innovative and creative ideas to maximize my fishroom space.

Yes, I'm seeing water in your tank at last!!! How's that odd glass box working out in the back left?

Shelves & clear plastic bins are both good, and a spot to have handy towels is important to catch those drips.

Looking good. It's impressive now, will really look awesome with livestock.

I really like the upright plastic cabinets that Lowes sells. I don't have a fish room, but the one in my shop is holding up well. I used a partical board one to hide my sump and store all my equipment for a couple years, but the mositure took it's tole on that.
