Power Outage.....Not Good

So, our entire city (pop. 5500) lost power for about 10 hours last Thursday.

Thankfully, it was caused by a storm which lowered the temperature from triple digits down into the 80s. I was out of town for work, so I couldn't tend to my tank (10 gallons). I was quite fearful as bad things happen quickly in small tanks.

I have a battery powered air pump, but it doesn't work well when I'm not there to turn it on. I had my wife stir the tank regularly until I got home Thursday

New Tank Up and Running

After nearly a year with no aquarium, I made my first additions to my new setup. I previously had a 55 gallon mixed reef, with plans to upgrade to a 125 gallon mixed reef utilizing an empty 125 gallon tank that I'd bought from a friend.
