Hmmm... It looks bigger to me, but I have an eye problem. Lol. Which corals are the Red Planets? Do you have a close up?
Nah ... It's been that size for about 4 years now. What really grows fast in my tank is those Red Planets ! They started touching this month, so I had to rotate the magnet to keep them separated.
Very nice Agsansoo! I believe your bubble coral grew a lot since last month.
Here you go Hat. My reef, photo taken today.
Come on Reef Addicts let's see your FTS for April!!! Let's all participate to make this monthly post successful. Everyone likes a little eye-candy!! Thanks, HAT
Yw MHowe9! I'm sure your tank will be ready. Can't wait to see what corals you pick up at the swap.
Thanks Hat! Learned a lesson (a painful one) through that process. Looking forward to getting some corals in the 180G. Our club is having a swap on April 17th so I hope the tank is ready by then.
Hey MHowe9, sorry to hear about the desease and your losses. ButtEerily fish are beautiful to watch. Your 180g is looking nice; can't wait to see some corals go in it!
Here the April FTS for my 2 tanks. Had quite a few losses to a disease outbreak. The tanks have come through that and looking to add more in the future. I have 3 fish right now in QT waiting to go into the 245G. 180G Reef (Hoping to add corals soon) 245G Butterfly tank (Suffered most of the losses from the disease outbreak)
Hey Marc your tank is awesome! Looks like you added a few things. And, I know after DFWMAS frag swap you'll have more pics of new stuff to show us. Agsansoo, thanks for the compliment! I can't wait to see a picture of your FTS. Briight, your tank is looking real nice! I'm glad to hear the flatworms are history. You tank will look real nice when lEDs are on it.
Operator headspace problem with upload. Okay now. So here it is for April. Lighting--um, yeah. Right now we have field expedient lighting (translated: using what we have on hand, 6500K fluoro and actinic, not pretty, it works). Our LED lights are still in development, fixtures in house, a few power supply issues to work out. Our corals are growing. FLATWORMS GONE! Yaaaayyyyy wrasses (one coris, one melanurus, and Mu Shu the Mandarin). I love that there is always something to do or tweak with our tank. I can't shut the flash off on my camera, and when I cover the flash, the meter doesn't read properly. I want a a digital SLR.
I'm having problems uploading my full tank shot, but when I get it done, I'll post.
Looking good Hat. OK, looks like it's clean the glass time for me once again. LOL Hey my avatar is dead (floating up side down).
Added my Picture! Lets see your FTS' Reef Addicts!!!
Marc I am going to send the truck over to pick up my tank from your house now that it is ready.
I think our webmaster was behind that, Hat.
Looks good Kitch!! Thanks for sharing.
This is our 35 gallon, fresh clean and moved to make room for a 125!!!
I always add my rock by feel only. ;-p when one of my kids come over they help me place rock or coral where I like it. Sometimes I use my monocular and continue to go back and fourth fixing things till I'm happy. I can usually get the job done.
