I just dropped a power head into the sand removing my smaller one for the 20L.... when it clears up I'll take one lol
I added my picture above, finally. ;-) I have a few new additions too, the blue tang, and some Red Mushrooms and some Zoas with orange centers. :-)
Thanks Hat. The only thing different is the addition of two dwarf angels. A Coral Beauty and a Bicolor Angel. Also corals are starting to color up nicely under the XM 20K's.
Agsansoo, yeah your tank looks the same, AWESOME! ;-)
Looks the same this month too ! LOL
I might get the pump for the GFO reactor tomorrow. ;-) where's all the Reef Addicts?? I know we have more. Let's see more "eye candy". Show your FTS everyone!
Hat--- Was thinking about making a GFO reactor myself I have media tray in my sump so I use it for carbon and run it for a couple of weeks at a time. I use a turf algae filter and now thats it is full swing it really helps keep things in check.
Cruelle, I mad a carbon reactor already; I believe I'll make a GFO reactor in the next few days. That should help a whole lot with the problem I'm having. All Reef Addicts, post your FTS's for December! Lol, I still need to post mine...heh.. Will get to my computer later today. ;-)
Hat---I don't anything special for the back of my tank (just lucky I guess) but I do have 2 huge turbo snails that clean it like mad. I also put some black poster paper on the the back when I set up the tank this summer so maybe that helps out a bit.
Nice Cruelle! Your tank glass is super clean. I constantly have to clean the back glass of algae. Do you dose anything, I forget? Because it looks awesome. ;-)
Here is my shot! http://www.reefaddicts.com/attachmen...achmentid=3306
Ya welcome! Santa brought me a Current USA-Sun Dial 4-T5 HO w/4 LEDs. ;-)
Thanks, Henry. Yes the basement is MUCH more enjoyable now. I'm thinking its about time for Santa to bring me a few more MP40w's
Hey Lonnie, ya tank is looking awesome my friend! I bet ya been enjoying your basement too. :-)
My 2010 December shot.
Here's mine.
Cool dogs!!
We are working on it as we speak.
I may have to try it myself in the future. ;-)
Thanks Hat, after battling so much algea for so many years I'm just completely amazed myself. I'm certainly a strong believer in algae scrubbers now. I'm even thinking of putting them on a couple fresh water tanks.
