Blennymower

I recently got a hammer coral frag. It has two heads, and the polyps are always extended. However, I'm noticing the tissue starting to recede at the edges little by little. I've tested water parameters and all seems good, and I'm also doing regular water changes. It's under a 250watt 14K bulb.

Any ideas?

I'm undecided on what type of bulb to use.

HQI DE or Mogul SE?

I've read that HQI DE give off less heat and are more intense, true?

Which do you use and why do you think it's better?
