Ok so I am going to try and get my DIY rock going in the next month. I really want to do a wall of sort and came up with this basic design. It will be roughly 10" tall or roughly half the way up the back of the tank. and was thinking about 30-36 inches long so it will not be the entire width of my 48" tank. The ovals will be shelf's to attach corals to, figuring about 2" out from the wall. The squares will ...
Well I got the final piece of the overflow siliconed and let it cure for a few days. Water tested and I think it leaked more than it held...ok not really but there are some places I have to redo. But I was informed by my future wife that she wants to move by the end of next year. Considering I didnt plan to have this thing set up till at least march of next year seems kinda poiintless to set it up get it cycled etc and then turn around and move it 9 months later. So ...

Was going to order my 4x54 watt T5 fixture this weekend but a bad battery in my car took the funds so its gonna have to wait. Its moving a lot slower than I wanted but life and money are interfering

I watched one of them do it when I was home, figured he was dead from the fall but I got him back into the tank and was fine a few hours later. Not sure if it was the same one or not so now the 2 puffers have 55 gallons to play in. Going to use one of my 96 watt Power ...
Ok so the lady brought home the "75G tank" which actually turns out is the same size as my 55 g.... so its a 55 g.... anyway not to bad condition there are some scratches on it and it appears that the bracing on the top has some small cracks but still in tack. I filled it with water outside to test it and the top seems to hold fine but there is obvious bowing in the middle of the front and back panes.... Is this normal for acrylic? Never owned one but assume since its plastic ...
