The shells I use have a bit more kick than can probably be handled with a pistol grip unless you want to risk breaking your wrist in the process. I fired 13 rounds and left a bruise on my shoulder about 5 inches around, someone decides to visit me without permission and they won't leave happy. As for hearing protection we were driving our little RV to Lawton so I could do some work and happened to end up right near a piece of property my friend owns, I take the back roads about 45 mph and take different routes each time. Didn't have any hearing protection with us but still wanted to pop off a couple rounds. I also made a trip all the way to Linden, Texas with my buddies truck to pick up some machinery he bought on e-bay. Would have got in contact with Marc on the way back but was rolling through McKinney at about 10 pm and didn't end up back in Lawton till almost 1 am. I am a night owl and didn't know what hours he likes to keep and was starting to get tired after driving for almost 11 hours with a few more to go.

Anyway sounds like you all had a good Christmas. . . maybe we need to rewrite Jeff Foxworthy's redneck Christmas to fit the reef hobby, LOL.

I got a Nook (because I'm a nerd), cologne and clothes.

I guess that's another way to cycle you tank ! LOL

Well, I made wild duck appetizers, wild organic lamb for dinner, along with a World Wide Stout. But I could have enjoy some rabbit too! <urp>

I got a hundred gallon horse trough for our sump, time with my sweetie, and love from my kids.

I got some clothes, a blackberry torch, and a marineland overflow 55 gallon tank with pre drilled holes and stand to replace the old 55 gallon from my parents.

I got cologne, clothes, new Current USA lights for the tank, 1 frag and 2 fish. ;-)

I got new glasses, clothes, and bed sheets from my family and a trip to vegas from my BFF

last saturday one of my old monitors had smoke coming out of it, so the wife and kits got me one of these to replace it with. I love it

LOL, well at least the tank is getting some kind of use for now. Will be nice to see the reef up and running though. The pics from the outside of the tank really show how clear it all is though.

His rabbit's name is Fubar. . . don't know why but he actually walks him around on a leash.
