at 13in wide why cant you fit the pumps behind the sump or in front so easier to get to

That is a LF1-150S, which has an in-sump skimmer. Mine is external. I need to do some more math, but I think I can replumb it and turn the pumps sideways and maybe stack them to get it to fit. Guess I wont have room for a refugium though :-(

return pump looks like a little giant to me its a mag drive so no seal just 2 orings at the front and back of the pump housing just take note of the spacer placement when you take it apart. i have a model 3 that is 15yo still runs good remember that motor does req regular oiling. clean up the motor houseing and paint it with some red oxide primer and a coat of rustoleum paint. I cant see the skimmer pump side well enough to give any ideas on re-plumbing for length if you can post anther shot maybe can help you out
and a down shot of plumbing too
