can someone id this stuff. This is in my cube and I was wanting to move all of the rock out it into my 135 but this stuff seems invasive. Is it good or bad?

New guy here getting addicted to the reef culture. I have kept different FOWLR tanks over the past 7 or 8 years. (not very successfully due to lack of funds ). I am currently in the beginning stages of setting up a 135 that I just moved into our new house and thought I would share my successes and failures as I go along and hopefully your guys input can help me along.
