Today I installed the Boosted RODI unit (from Melev's Reef) and had the neighbor over to look at the garage. The neighbor is Mike Laforge who owns Pavement Pros and Concrete Solutions of the Carolina's in York, SC. He does exceptional work from standard driveways to concrete patios. If your in the Charlotte Metro and need concrete work I would highly recommend his work. First order of business was getting a water supply to the garage. Just made my first ever acrylic weld... other than my practice joints. I'll be posting some pictures later this evening. I'll also be posting an updated picture of my tank and the new (mostly completed) plumbing. It's been a long time coming, but by the end of the weekend I will probably be able to give my system a full scale water test (and hopefully share a video with you guys). As I’ve posted before this summer my family is moving about 6 hours north to a small town called Ingleside. My tank is jam packed with frags that have no room to grow, I’ve now resorted to placing frags on my sand bed. i can only see one solution to this eye sore which is going bigger... At first i wanted to go Uber big, Then i realized that this is probably my last year or two living at home, and i need to be able to bring this tank with me when i move out...not to mention ...
This actually happened a few weeks ago... got my order of Rod's Food in. My fish love it, and I like that variety of choices available to me. The fish eggs are a treat that I use from time to time.
