Questions - Need some input

So I believe I have microbubbles getting into the main tank. I was looking at the water in my skimmer section today and noticed that it had a decent amount of froth on the water's surface (nothing spectacular just some definite buildup of frothy sections). Then I got looking at the skimmer section and noticed a ton of microbubbles, no surprise yet. Then I took a look at my bubble traps. Bubbles were going down the hatch at an alarming rate. Today I installed the Boosted RODI unit (from Melev's Reef) and had the neighbor over to look at the garage. The neighbor is Mike Laforge who owns Pavement Pros and Concrete Solutions of the Carolina's in York, SC. He does exceptional work from standard driveways to concrete patios. i went to the LFS today to check things out, i noticed they just got reef nutrition products so i felt compelled to try Oyster feast. overall the feeding response was great!! everything opened up nicely including my Acans. but then i noticed this unknow acro sliming like crazyy, more so around the base. just wondering if anyone knows what exactly is going on here, could it be to increase food capture?

My lfs owner called me today and said he would have a mandarin setosa coming in today. I googled this coral to try and get a better understanding of the placement and care needs. It looks to have a really strong orange/red color and it's seems to have guidelines for care like other montipora, but I was wondering if any of y'all have this coral & if so where is it's placement in u're tank w/ reguards to flow & lighting.
