  1. What does Six Line Wrasse taste like?

    I don't know, but based upon the response of my clean up crew, it must be fantastic. I've had this Six Line since early 2006, and during the livestock transfer, it injured itself darting out of a piece of live rock. For the past month, he's been swimming funny and was looking more and more tattered.

    I decided to let things play out naturally, and didn't have much hope of its recovery. When Matt Pedersen was here, he felt that it was old and probably near the end of its life. ...

  2. Phosphate not good.... It's WAR !!!

    The good news, got a new toy The Hanna Phosphate checker... The bad news, phosphates are .23 No wonder things don't seem to grow fast in my reef tank ... I admit that I don't vacume the sand bed with every water change. Tank is 4+ years old. So, I want to ATTACK this problem with vigor or vulgar or vodka When I gently rack my sand bed, it's big clouds, I'm in detritus hell ...     I noticed you may have posted a frag pic of this few SPS coral I have in the tank. What do you call this coral? Is it a bonsai?

  5. Quick question

    My boss brought me back 2 water bottles full of sand and water from Daytona to start my tank with there's lots of life in them (lots of critters in shells)
    my question is .. IS this a good idea and what are the dangers?
