I tried to use a 2 ton jack to lift up that busy intersection of the trusses, but it didn't have the strength. I try again tomorrow with a bigger jack to raise that low spot up 1". The 12' 2x4 was put in place next to the other rafter that appeared to be dipping, but with the new one next to it, the problem seemed unfounded.
