  3. Quick update: More Progress

    After a few more water changes, adding some live sand and manually removing more algae I have come to this look.

    I'm now heading out to add to my clean up crew and hopefully get rid of the rest of the hair algae in the tank.

    I also added a bag of Chemi Pure in my AC70. Giving it one more day, and then going to do another 10 gallon ...

  5. Wow, It's been a while!

    The last time I posted on this site was 6 years ago. Seems so much longer, but I guess with 3 moves around Texas in that time, it would seem longer. I went from Georgetown Tx, to San Antonio Tx, to Arlington, TX, back to where I am now, New Braunfels, Tx. Lots of time spent up and down the I-35 corridor! Anyways in that time I have gone through several tanks and none have survived the moves. I ended up selling livestock and tanks, but for the last 2 years I have had a 20 gallon long going. Well ...
