• Strange Fish with transparent head

    National Geographic does it again. They've video'd a fish that hasn't been found alive in about 70 years. On the linked page, you can watch the video and learn more about the barreleye eye fish, an animal that resides 2000' deep below the surface.

      I'm pretty sure this one is real, but perhaps I was fooled. The article is dated Feb 23, and the video looked believable.

      I wonder how big this fish is because in the vid it looked tiny in comparison to the fish trap, yet large in comparison to the jellyfish.

      Wow! I agree, that doesn't look real. Certainly isn't dated from April fools though....

      I'm a big fan of the angler fish.
