Cyanobacteria

So I am currently having a problem with cyanobacteria. Nitrates and phosphates are both very close to 0. I am looking for the best way to remove it. Manual removal or chemical?

    Just make sure to read the directions carefully. It depletes oxygen, so you have to add an airstone. Works great.
