Plans are to buy a house ... (prices are dropping every month here in SoCal), then decide to go bigger or get out. So I'm in a holding pattern once again.

Corals need more room. The red planet is attaching itself to the back glass, the monti-cap has grown from the back glass to the front glass, @ 18"
