Since the breakdown of the 400g, I've not really be motivated to share images of what is going on. The more I think about it, the more aggravated I become with the situation of having to start all over again, and about the losses of corals during the switchover.
Here's how the reef looks to me each day.
I feel like I'm ignoring Spock since she's kind of out of sight, and it's a squeeze for me to get into the fishroom with the 215g now.
There may be 10 SPS left out of everything I had, if that.
The LPS have done well, and most of the gorgonians are okay.
This is one of the male Anthias. There are now two males; one has made the transition over from female to male (orange to purple).
This BTA split within days of the transfer. The last pieces of the Orange blob are nearly gone, so that may be the end of the M. capricornis strain I've kept for 8 years.
I still have plenty of baby plates in the tank, as well as some ricordea, zoanthids, and acans.
I noticed today Spock is injured up high on one side of her body, but I don't know what got her. I'll watch to see if she heals up on her own.
I'm hoping to speak with Marineland this week.
