Questions - Need some input

Last night my other half, Kevin, and I are hanging out in our basement/demo central. I want to know if someone has a solution to help remove any excess silicone (not a razor blade). I had to take apart my sump because I used the wrong silicone. I have scraped off what I can, know i was looking to get glass & tank cleaned the best I can so I can reglue it back together.

As I was bike riding along Back Bay in Newport Beach, CA, I noticed thousands of cerith snails out on the mud flats. I haven't taken any readings to determine the salinity and temperature in which they are residing, but I would like to ask other addicts if it would be possible to acclimate some of the Newport Beach cerith snails into a tropical (79 - 80 degree) system. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

I'm new to keeping SPS corals. A few day's ago I picked up a couple of Acro's and Milli's, I live in Sydney Australia, you wouldn't believe how hard it is for us to buy SPS, all our collectors prefer to ship them to you guy's, rather than to sell to local people, must be better money? i have been having trouble with my skimmer its a seaclone 150 i know its not the best but its what i got for now the prob is i just reacenty started my150g i started in my 30g i have had the 150g up with live sand and rock for about a month so last week i added my fish and coral and the skimmer because i was using it in my other tank so for the last week i have been getting micro bubbles and i cant get rid of them why why i can not for the life of me figure out why and when the bubbles slow down ...
