    Hello Everyone!

    My name is Wes from the Dallas/Fort Worth area and I have been reefing for just over 5 years now. About a year into it the bug hit me, who would have thought right?! Anyways, I started with a 55 gallon tank my friend gave me and my girlfriend Maria. Since then I have had a 3, 8, 28, 33, 40, 90, and a 210 gallon tank at some point - the 210 is currently my main reef tank.   2. OK, you REEF ADDICTS! ! ! I am counting on you guys big time, what are these????????

    I have been watching this coral for a few days now. I have a snail that I got in a few weeks ago, and it has all these spikes all around it's shell. It looks like a star. So, this one snail has been hanging out on the coral. I would move the snail, and then later it would be back. It has been going on now for a few days.

  3. MASM Breeder's Workshop: An Overview

    On March 13th MASM hosted the first Breeder's Workshop at the Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

    It was our intent to bring together two well known breeders for a full afternoon of captive breeding information and discussion.

  4. Breeding Phyto, Prods and Rotis

    This was all driven by Melevs thread on breeding phyto

    Pods
    We started breeding in our bio 29 gal that we installed a sump and fuge on (about 50gal of water). Every month we added 1 to 2 bottles of pods that we bought from "somewhere". We found that as long as we added phyto, the fuge was always alive.
