  1. North Indonesia Dive holiday

    Hey guy's just got back from a magical week in North Indonesia. We went to the Bunaken Marine Park for an amazing dive holiday. Water was incredible! Visibility was between 20 and 40 meters. The reef is really healthy. Amazingly the water temp is a constant 29 degrees during the day and 28 at night. Goes to show that as long as your water chemistry is stable all corals will adapt. I also brought some water back with me, here are the results.

  3. Moving a tank, 10 feet

    I'm about to move my 40 breeder across the room to a new, and better location. The tank is about 3 years old, and it's been kinda neglected lately due to a busy fall. The way my stand is built i could easily lower the water to the sand and slide it into position and refill, but I want to take this opertunity to take out my rock and clean some nuisense algae off it and reaquascape the tank. The tank houses mostly soft corals, 3 small/med fish, and has a 4" DSB. The sump contains a refuge. ...

  4. mh lights

    hi all, glad to see were back in business, thank you marc and team. i have couple of questions regarding mh light. i'm slowly in the process of setting up a new tank, it's an all glass 180 gallon with built in overflows. while at my lfs we were talking about some of the things i have yet to buy. my lighting was brought up that i should go to 250 watt mh lights, as i had planned to use my coralife hood with 3-150 watt mh lights. i want to start collecting corals in the future, right now all i have ...
